Caloundra GWM is growing, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you love building relationships, have a passion for cars, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is the opportunity for you.

As a Sales Consultant at Caloundra GWM, you'll be part of a well-established, family-owned dealership group with over 20 years of success in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast regions. Operating across three locations, Pacific Gympie represents a wide range of leading automotive brands including GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault, and JAC.

With a strong local presence and a team of over 90 dedicated professionals, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality automotive solutions. About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from first enquiry through to delivery. This includes understanding customer needs, presenting vehicles, arranging test drives, negotiating deals, and providing follow-up service to ensure loyalty and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle selection
  • Present and demonstrate new and used GWM vehicles
  • Conduct test drives safely and professionally
  • Negotiate sales, complete paperwork and deliver vehicles
  • Maintain product knowledge, attend training, and meet monthly targets
  • Provide outstanding after-sales care and follow-up

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • Passion for customer service and sales excellence
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, driven and competitive with a positive attitude
  • Current manual driver's licence
