Join a respected industry leader with over 40 years of success delivering high-quality retail and commercial fit-outs. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Fitter Leading Hand who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead projects on-site with confidence and care.

This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives on the tools but also wants to take charge—coordinating teams, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and to the highest standard. You'll work across exciting retail environments, from full store fit-outs to fast-paced refits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on installation and fit-out work on-site
  • Oversee and lead trades and labourers to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors
  • Solve problems and keep projects moving efficiently
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
  • Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
  • Identify and document defects and ensure rectification

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery or Shopfitting
  • WHS White Card and a current driver's licence
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in commercial/retail fit-outs
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to get the best out of a team
  • Ability to travel within NSW, including overnight stays when required
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
