The Resort

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast comprises of approximately 300 guest rooms, multiple award winning restaurants and bars, and various meeting and events spaces, all in an absolute beachfront environment.

Successful Candidates - Food and Beverage:

To be successful for this role you will:

  • An energetic and passionate approach to providing efficient and friendly service
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods
  • Previous F&B experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Currently hold, or willing to obtain a QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Bartenders will be required to have prior food and beverage experience, including Barista skills, and Cocktail making is essential.
