This is an opportunity to work with a reputable organisation and dynamic industry. A role with our friendly team at NRMA Ocean Beach will provide you the opportunity to place a road marker on the next milestone in your career journey and directly shape the experience for your team members and hundreds of thousands of guests.

In a casual capacity, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our new Café Team.

This role will work closely with the Café Manager, Café Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure excellent guest service standards, and will be responsible for the effective delivery of consistent day-to-day operations, operating standards across our food and beverage outlets, including quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Ultimately, and above all, this role will create and maintain a positive, dynamic working culture that creates moments of unforgettable guest service and quality.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, or experience in a similar tourism or hospitality related business, and you are now ready for a fresh start in a new establishment, where no one day will ever be the same.

You will demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and have the passion to work as part of a close, operational team who are hands on, confident and have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service. You will also present professionally and possess good verbal and written communication skills.
