About You- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
- Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
- Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
- Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
- Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
- Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
- Up to 8+ days of additional leave per year including 4 wellness days
- $1,000 annual Professional Development allowance + Career Progression
