As a Physiotherapist, you will play a pivotal role in improving the physical wellbeing of residents, empowering them to regain mobility, independence, and quality of life. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
The Role: Physiotherapist to work across our Young and Cootamundra facilities between 0830am to 1636pm
- Young: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Cootamundra: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services.
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs aimed at restoring physical function and preventing further injury.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients, families, and carers on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and health promotion.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physiotherapy professional who:
- Holds a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - new graduate's welcome
- Demonstrates experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
- Values collaboration and actively contributes to a positive team culture
- Australian citizens or applicants with permanent residency
