As our creative team grows, we are searching for a
Senior Graphic Designer
—a visual storyteller with big ideas and the skills to bring them to life in a month contract. Based at our offices in Pyrmont, this is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic in-house creative agency with diverse, high-impact brands.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Design, you will lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print and event platforms. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a consistent brand identity and delivering compelling campaigns that drive engagement and results.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and experiential channels
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets
  • Champion DHG's brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, events and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Mentor junior designers and uphold design excellence within the team
  • Lead photoshoots and work with external partners as needed
  • Stay on top of trends and inject fresh thinking into every brief

What skills we are looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Graphic Design or similar role
  • A portfolio that shows off your multi-channel design expertise
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and design systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently and juggle multiple deadlines
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Bonus: Experience in art direction and/or the hospitality industry
