We are seeking a Project Sales Representative to join our sales team to help us continue our strong growth into the future.

Exciting office-based role with lots of phone-based customer interaction and opportunity for career advancement

All training and support provided, with future career progression into face to face sales and business development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Contact, introduce Metroid to and qualify new prospects
  • Maintain regular contact with existing prospects and past customers, in order to secure RFQs for target projects
  • Follow up proposals and convert RFQs to orders
  • Research and follow up projects and other opportunities for new business
  • Assist with booking face to face sales appointments for business development managers
  • Maintain and keep CRM up to date

Attributes/Skills required

  • At least some sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Industrial project sales experience highly valued
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong people skills – ability to build rapport and trust with other people
  • Hunger and passion to learn and develop in sales and business development
  • Ability to work in team-based selling
  • Highly productive and disciplined
  • Ability to maintain daily high level of phone sales activity
  • Ability to learn basics of a technical product
