The Civil Contractors Federation NSW (CCF NSW) is the peak body for employers in the NSW civil infrastructure industry.

This is a hands-on, people-first role ideal for someone who loves variety - engaging with members one day, analysing data the next. As a key member of our Member Services team, you'll help ensure civil contractors across NSW feel supported, heard, and valued. You'll also play a key role in how we use insights and feedback to improve how we operate and deliver services. Your ideas and initiative will be valued in a collaborative, purpose-driven organisation.

The Member Engagement Officer builds strong relationships - by phone, email, and face-to-face visits - while also developing and maintaining accurate data, managing reporting, and identifying ways to add value across systems, communications, and service delivery. This role contributes to both day-to-day service delivery and longer-term improvements by proactively identifying trends, issues, and opportunities. They are a practical problem-solver who is always looking to enhance the member experience and support a high-performing team.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, personable, and professional manner.

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or stakeholder engagement.

  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms, with a strong eye for data quality.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.

  • Full driver's license and willingness to visit members across NSW, including occasional overnight travel.

Desirable

  • Experience in a membership-based organisation.

  • Understanding of civil construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
