Eastern Creek Karting is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Casual Duty Manager to join our team From the roar of our brand-new 13HP Sodi RT10 karts to the energy of a buzzing weekend crowd, no two days are the same — and that's just how we like it.

As a Duty Manager, you'll be right in the middle of the action — leading your team, solving problems on the fly, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story to tell.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a fun, diverse team and creating an atmosphere where both staff and guests feel energised.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the venue — from trackside thrills to customer service excellence.
  • Supporting our Venue Manager and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Keeping our guests happy by tackling issues quickly and professionally.
  • Championing safety and cleanliness across all departments.
  • Supporting staff with WHS training and upholding our high standards of safety and service.
  • Creating daily reports, tracking performance, and helping improve operations.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You've got previous leadership or management experience — bonus points if it's in hospitality, tourism, entertainment or fast food.
  • You're an energetic people person who leads by example and brings the best out in others.
  • You're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
  • You're a strong communicator who stays calm and confident under pressure.
