About the Role

We're currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate Receptionist to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, directly supporting the well-being of our elderly residents and contributing to their daily happiness. We are offering a full-time position, where you will be working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and clerical duties
  • Provide front-of-house customer service to clients, families, visitors, and staff
  • Handle a range of administrative tasks
  • Oversee contractor management
  • Maintain office processes and procedures
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile receipts
  • Collect and distribute mail
  • Order office supplies

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Current unrestricted Driver's License

Desirable:

  • Certificate III in Business
