NFIC Services provides strategic investor communication and marketing support to ASX-listed and private clients across a range of industries. We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our team in Perth's CBD. This is a hands-on role with exposure to design, marketing, and investor communications.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality marketing and investor materials across digital and print platforms. The position is casual part-time (3 days per week) to cover maternity leave, with the potential to expand to full-time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and update investor relations materials, including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and email templates.
  • Design and manage website content (WordPress/Divi).
  • Produce video and graphic-based content for digital channels.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Monitor analytics and prepare insights to improve engagement.
  • Assist with day-to-day administration and project coordination.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or design.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) & Canva.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, InVideo, Descript or similar).
  • Knowledge of e-communications (Mailchimp).
  • Social media management and analytics experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience in investor relations or exposure to ASX-listed companies.
