Who You Are:- A passionate and motivated Physiotherapist with 2–3+ years of private practice experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- You have a special interest in chronic and complex patients, persistent pain and/or in Women's Health, or are passionate about expanding your clinical expertise.
- Committed to lifelong learning, delivering high-quality care, and building trust and rapport with shorter and longer term clients.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, dynamic environment, and is open to mentoring, sharing knowledge, and contributing to culture.
- Full AHPRA registration and full working rights in Australia.
- A steady caseload with 1-hour initial appointments, 30 or 60-minute follow-ups and dedicated non-clinical time for admin.
- A fully equipped private practice with private treatment rooms, state-of-the-art Clinical Pilates studio, gym-strengthening equipment and AXIT strength testing technology.
- Support & development including 1:1 mentoring tailored to your clinical interests or niche development
- Weekly in-services with internal and external presenters.
- Access to a generous CPD allowance.
- Opportunities to lead semi-private classes (Clinical Pilates, Strength Bones & Balance).

- Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy to a broad demographic (ages 15–90).
- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions in a trauma-informed, person-centered way.
- Creating personalised treatment plans.
- Providing education and guidance to support clients long-term health and wellbeing.
- Collaborating with a network of healthcare providers for holistic care.
- Maintaining clear, detailed clinical notes, communicating with a clients care team and contributing to ongoing service improvement
