Physiotherapy Practice Receptionist

Prana Physiotherapy & Health is a rapidly growing clinic in Crows Nest, specialising in back and neck pain, post-spinal surgery rehabilitation, general musculoskeletal care, sports injuries and Clinical Pilates.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team who truly values delivering exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for all patients, this role plays a vital part in creating a positive experience for patients and supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients.
• Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival with warmth, courtesy and professionalism.
• Communicating effectively and professionally with patients via telephone, email, text message and fax.
• Managing patient bookings and processing payments, including Medicare and private health claims.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
• Managing merchandise sales, office supplies and inventory management.
• Supporting the Prana team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Ensuring the professional presentation and cleanliness of the clinic and exercise studio.

• Full working rights in Australia.
• Physiotherapy or Medical Reception Experience.
• Proficiency with Practice Management Systems. Experience using Cliniko is preferred.
• Experience with HICAPS and private health fund claims.
• Availability to work morning shifts starting from 7:30am or evening shifts until 7pm.
• Must be available to work on Tuesdays.
• The ability to work additional hours on short notice and cover Saturday shifts from 7:30am to 1pm is preferred.
