What's the role?

News Corp's Subscriber Experience & Delivery team has the primary purpose of advocating what the subscriber needs and expects across the lifecycle from the point of acquisition through to the omni-channel service experience for national and regional masthead subscribers.

This role supports the business and operational delivery of key initiatives that optimise customer and business outcomes for all News brands.

This is a fundamental support role to help bridge the gap between business needs and solutions, working with multiple business stakeholder groups and project leads to undertake impact assessments, document business requirements and lead the test planning and execution of various initiatives.

• Support the execution of the SX & Delivery roadmap, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, including both technical and business aspects such as the go-to-market activities.
• Data analysis and reporting to drive smarter decision
• Gathering requirements, writing user stories, and creating documentation
• UAT & PVT Testing – write and execute test cases for new features and/or product
• Raise defects, validate fixes and confirm changes prior to deployment
• Perform regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
• Help to maintain and improve test case libraries and documentation
• Execute GTM activities including delivering the product and marketing requirements (e.g product matrix, T&Cs, journey mapping, and briefing relevant teams for project delivery).
• Execute change program for internal/external stakeholders (incl. contact centre briefing)
• Provide performance reporting for review and analysis for new initiatives implemented.
  
  

Who are you?

Preferred About

This role is perfect for someone technically minded who enjoys problem-solving, has a great eye for detail, and is eager to learn about the project go-to-market process. Preferred experience & education is:

• 2+ years experience in business or process analysis.
• Worked in a fast-paced environment effectively managing multiple tasks.
• Sound knowledge of CRM systems and processes. Experience with Salesforce would be desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence would be an advantage.
• Experienced in supporting the delivery of projects & stakeholder management across company functions to deliver customer outcomes over a sustained period of time.
• A strong awareness of your impact on others and a proven history of adapting your style as needed to shared business outcomes.
• Previous experience in media, IT&T, Financial Services, or FMCG is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field desirable. Internship or placement experience is beneficial.
