About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate with a team to assemble and manufacture our products according to detailed specifications. Your responsibilities will include following procedures outlined in our production manual, utilizing both hand and power tools, and operating various machinery. Rest assured, comprehensive training will be provided through our Manufacturing Assembly Procedure Manual, which forms part of our ISO Quality Management System certification to which Solar Bollard Lighting has achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components: Put together various parts to form the final product.
  • Test: Conduct tests to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Quality check: Inspect products to meet quality standards.
  • Pack for shipping: Prepare and package products for delivery.
  • Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail: Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace practices: Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in the workplace.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong eye for detail and quality.
  • Good hand-eye coordination assembling small electronics and crimping connectors.
  • Capable of using soldering irons, pastes, silicones and hand-tools within a repetitive process environment.
  • Ability to read and follow manufacturing assembly procedures.
  • Able to always maintain a safe and clean workplace/workspace.
  • A positive attitude and team mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a company exporting Australian Made innovations to the world.

Shift Details:

Day Shift:

  • Mon–Thurs: 7:00am–3:30pm
