Our client is a high profile manufacturer of precision engineered componentry for a range of applications where the build and quality of the end product is critical to its use in the field.
At this point in time we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join their skilled team. If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate for creating exceptional products, we want to hear from you  
Position Overview:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling precision-engineered components that meet stringent quality standards. You will work with sophisticated mechanical systems, using a combination of hand tools, machinery, and technical blueprints. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, meticulous, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.  
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly of Precision Components: Assemble mechanical parts and systems according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of assembled components, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and performance requirements.
Tool and Equipment Usage: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery for assembly tasks.
Troubleshooting & Adjustments: Identify and resolve assembly issues, making necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit and function.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including any issues or adjustments made.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes and product quality.  
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Mechanical Assembler of precision engineered products would be preferable. However, applications from candidates with a mechanical trade background, industrial fitters etc will also be given serious consideration, as training can be provided.
 - You can build an assembly by reading and interpreting technical drawings before identifying the correct componentry and assembling the finished product.
 - You have hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
 - You are detail-oriented and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
 - You can troubleshoot mechanical issues and make adjustments as needed.
 - You are a strong communicator and can work well in a team-oriented environment.
