About the Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic and curious Junior Technical Support Assistant to join our Intercom Support Team in NSW.

This is the perfect role for someone who is studying or recently graduated from TAFE, or a high school leaver who loves technology and wants to learn from real industry experts.

What You'll Do

  • Help our customers with video and audio intercom systems & access control systems.
  • Provide support by phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Work closely with our friendly team across departments
  • Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot real-world systems

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interest in electronics, IT, or electrical systems or Experience (desirable)
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • TAFE or school studies in a related field
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on problem solving and technology
  • Experience in electronics or IT (desirable)
