Robina 7 Day Doctors, GP Skin Cancer Acupuncture Dry Needling Bulk Bill Clinic

Join our vibrant and busy GP Clinic in Robina as a Junior Medical Receptionist on weekdays, weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays.

You'll work alongside a fantastic team of Doctors, Nurse, and onsite pathology, while building valuable skills in a supportive, professional environment. If you have a passion for customer service and are ready to kickstart your career in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you

This role is exclusive for High School / Gap Year Students.

As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
  • Ensuring a smooth registration process
  • Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
  • Billing and processing payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
  • Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner
  • Compassionate and caring in nature
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • A willingness to learn and display initiative
  • Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Neat and professional presentation
  • Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical Directory software)
