Nepean Hospitality is a hospitality retailer / wholesaler looking for a friendly & energetic person to join our team on a FULL TIME basis.

We are located in Penrith NSW and service Restaurants, Cafes, Clubs, Pubs, Hotels, Schools and Aged Care Facilities with their hospitality requirements.

Your role will be to provide our customers with the highest standard of service and assist them with their enquiries in store, by phone & via email.

In this role you will be required to answer phones, operate our database system, process orders, generate invoices and maintain the presentation of our showroom.

This role involves actively working in our showroom by assisting our customers and maintaining stock levels throughout.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and are an enthusiastic team. We're looking for a Sales Assistant who is passionate about retail and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.

  • Serve customers in our showroom and handle transactions accurately.

  • Maintain a well presented showroom and ensure shelves are always stocked.

  • Help with visual merchandising and store displays.

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer knowledge required.

  • Previous retail or sales experience is required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

  • Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5.00pm.
