Job Description

The Senior Manager People Experience is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. As a member of the Rest People and Culture team, this individual will play a critical role in enhancing the overall employee experience by focusing on areas such as culture development, employee recognition, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), employee listening and feedback mechanisms, wellbeing programs, and refining the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). The role aims to ensure that Rest is recognised as a great place to work and that staff are engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organisation's values and strategic objectives.

This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and shaping a thriving, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of people experience initiatives including culture, DE&I, recognition, EVP, wellbeing, and employee listening.
• Partner with stakeholders across Rest to embed impactful, inclusive, and future-focused OD solutions.
• Provide expert advice to leaders on organisational development matters that drive performance and foster a values-led culture.
• Build strong relationships across the business to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and integrated into broader People & Culture plans.
• Monitor key metrics and trends to continuously improve programs and ensure relevance and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of People Experience, contributing to the strategic direction of the function.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or related field.

Required experience, understanding or credentials including:

• Proven experience in a similar role focused on enhancing the employee experience within a complex, dynamic organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cultural change and develop impactful people strategies.
• Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership end-to-end of key programs of work in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of superannuation industry trends and challenges is desirable.
