About the Role

Australian work rights are essential for this position.

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our SIL and community support services.

You'll be the central link between participants, support workers, and leadership – keeping our operations running efficiently.

Previous experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day SIL operations.
  • Support rostering, onboarding, and staff supervision to maintain service continuity and participant satisfaction.
  • Liaise with participants, families, and key stakeholders to ensure individualised and responsive service delivery.
  • A Working with Vulnerable People check is required before start.
  • Monitor incidents, reporting, and risk management in collaboration with the Safeguards and HR teams.
  • Assist with audits, policy updates, and continuous improvement processes with other Head Office team members.
  • Prepare operational reports and contribute to business growth and sustainability.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in NDIS or disability services is required.
  • Certificate III/IV educational qualification is required for this role.
