Looking for a Baby Room Group Leader/Senior Educator for our little baby room. Kat, our current room leader is heading off in a couple of weeks' time to open our new centre, so we need to find someone who can lead our baby room. We are looking for a Diploma qualified educator who has experience in a baby room, who understands the needs of our youngest children, and who can help parents in the start of their journey parenthood and support the needs of their child.

We are particular in who we hire and want Educators who want to be working in an environment where the children come first.

At Educating Kids Early Learning we believe in a work life balance where your start time and finish time happen as the roster, where you are in ratio at all times with extra staff employed to ensure you are supported in your job, where you get programming time within your weekly job. We want our Educators to feel that when they finish for the day they can go home and spend time doing what they want to do. We aim to do everything you need to do within your working day and if we can't do it, we need to look at what is happening within our environment.

Great benefits with discount for childcare, your roster is your roster and you aren't asked to go home early, infact if numbers are low you get extra programming time, and the centre is closed between Christmas and New Year so you can have that break with your loved ones.
