This is a rare opportunity to lead a small, close-knit nursery room with a maximum of just 8 children, giving you the time and space to form genuine connections and provide truly meaningful learning experiences.

About the Role

As Lead Educator in our Nursery Room, you will:

  • Create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs
  • Support and mentor your fellow educators
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families
  • Maintain a calm, safe and stimulating environment
You'll Bring:
  • Diploma (or studying) in Early Childhood Education
  • A warm, calm, and nurturing presence
  • A genuine passion for babies and toddlers
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and developmental milestones. Can program with confidence to achieve all Learning Outcomes.
We are open to negotiating hours
