**Duties include;**
- Managing a project from the beginning to PC stage.
- Managing onsite subcontractors and laborer’s
- Coordinate the team efficiently and effectively to meet the required deadlines.
- Managing variations and progress claims
- Participate and develop plans for continuous improvements and be accountable within a budget
- Managing safety and OHS on site
- Working directly with the director and providing weekly progression updates.
- Liaising with the builders and suppliers
- Solves issues and implements alternative solutions that generate positive return for the project

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified air-conditioning Service Technician.
- ARC license - desirable
- Electrical license - desirable
- Australian driver’s license - desirable
- High Risk Licenses will be an advantage
- Supervisor experience
