Product Manager – People Services (Workday & Zendesk)

Product Manager – People Services
to lead our HR technology portfolio, including Workday, SmartRecruiters and Zendesk, and deliver digital solutions that elevate the employee experience.

The opportunity
In This Role, You Will

• Lead the People Digital product portfolio across the employee lifecycle, including HR Core, Compensation & Remuneration Review, Performance, Talent, Recruiting (ATS) and Learning (LMS).
• Develop and deliver product roadmaps aligned with the Group People strategy.
• Oversee operational delivery and support, ensuring products evolve with business needs while maintaining high availability and compliance.
• Monitor product performance, drive adoption and engagement, and deliver bi-annual Workday releases.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture, IT, Finance and Procurement.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Product Specialists and Advisers to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and consultants to optimise outcomes.

About You
You'll be a strong people and product leader with a passion for HR technology and digital enablement. To be successful, you'll bring:

• 5–7 years' experience in HRIS configuration and Leadership (Workday preferred) and continuous improvement.
• Deep knowledge of HR technology landscape and SaaS/cloud platforms.
• Experience leading product releases, system configuration and operational support.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior/executive levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; HR experience preferred.
