Supported by your genuine and infectious desire to ensure our customers have a great experience when they interact with us, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and support a growing team of customer engagement and inside sales professionals.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial enquiry through to quoting and order fulfilment.
  • Drive sales outcomes with contractors, homeowners, and wholesale partners.
  • Oversee the use of HubSpot CRM to manage customer data, track opportunities, and optimise engagement.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and responsiveness at all touchpoints.
  • Report on team performance and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Ensure our customers have a great experience when they engage with us.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
