Position Details

Role: Business Operations Officer

Work Location: Nambour, Sunshine Coast Region, QLD

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time, 4 day work week, 8/8.30/9am to 5pm

Salary Range: $33 – $45 per hour

Reports To: COO

Qualification & Experience: Must have – Certificate/Diploma in Business and/or minimum of 5 years' experience in administration or similar role

Accountabilities:

  • Assisting the Team Leader and Business Operations team
  • Must be highly organised
  • Strong with research and reports
  • Strong with Intake and referral services
  • Strong communications in providing information and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Sound IT knowledge
  • Strong Data entry
  • Strong with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Maintain program/office databases
  • Carry out inductions for new staff with shadowing
  • Enter, monitor and maintain registers and logs for cars
  • Support organisation auditing and licensing processes
  • Assist and support REFOCUS events, programs and Facebook live
  • Work under limited direction to provide business operations support
