The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer, ideally with a minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience, to join our growing team. This role offers a long-term career pathway within a reputable firm and the opportunity to work close to home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse range of client files autonomously
  • Mentor and support junior lawyers
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from senior practitioners
  • Provide legal advice and representation in matters including:
  • Building and construction disputes
  • Commercial, business, and partnership disputes
  • Property and retail tenancy disputes
  • Breach of agreements
  • Debt recovery
  • Employment disputes
  • Criminal matters, including Intervention Orders

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 4 years' post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Comprehensive knowledge of court and tribunal processes, procedures, and rules
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
