THE OPPORTUNITY  

This role presents a unique opportunity for experienced accountants seeking to establish themselves in a regional area of Queensland. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Offer forward-thinking business advice, including plans and forecasts Analyse management reports for financial insights Assist in budgeting and address cash flow issues Provide strategies to improve financial performance Guide in business structure selection and registration Support in starting new businesses and ensure compliance Manage corporate compliance and legal changes Empower clients to run their businesses confidently 

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED   

Holds a degree and either completed or nearly completed CA/CPA qualifications Has at least 3 years  business advisory experience in an Australian accounting firm Demonstrated proficiency in tax compliance tasks Familiarity with Xero and Xero Practice Manager is advantageous Exhibits precision, quality, and efficiency in work Possesses keen attention to detail and effective organizational abilities Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
