About the role

The Grants Support Officer supports the effective administration of grants across 24 Hour, Screen and Sound programs, helping to ensure funding is delivered transparently, efficiently and in line with government policies and processes. Your work will ensure funding is managed and distributed accurately, on time, and in line with government processes, so that investment in the arts and creative industries achieves its intended impact.

Day-to-day, you will support the team with tasks such as processing payments and invoices, managing records and correspondence, and coordinating meetings or events. You will also assist with monitoring and reporting on grants, responding to enquiries, and contributing to the preparation of briefs, helping the unit operate smoothly and transparently.

About You

You have experience in providing administrative and financial support, with the ability to manage tasks such as processing invoices, generating purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records. You are confident using Microsoft Office programs and can handle routine transactions and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.

You are organised and reliable, able to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines. You are comfortable working in a team environment, supporting colleagues and responding to enquiries in a clear and professional way. Experience in grants administration and/or payment processes is desirable.
