We're looking for someone with a curious mindset and a practical, solution-focused approach to join our team as a Compliance Specialist.

Your day to day will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive testing plan for BRS coding ensuring all required rules are efficiently and thorough lift from one platform to another.
  • Engage closely with the Investment Compliance team to understand workflows, requirements and uplift knowledge of the BRS Aladdin platform.
  • Ensure all IMA requirements are correctly coded within the new platform.
  • Comply with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Please note: This is a 9 month FTC starting in December.

About you

  • Proven experience coding and testing compliance rules in BRS Aladdin, with a solid understanding of its compliance functionality.
  • Ability to interpret Investment Management Agreements (IMAs) and translate them into coded rules within order management systems.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as UCITS, and an understanding of how to apply them in rule coding.
  • Experience working in a global financial services environment, with an appreciation for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a willingness to support team members and share coding knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a high level of accuracy and accountability for output quality.
  • Comfortable making sound decisions under pressure and resolving issues or roadblocks independently.
