We currently have an opportunity in Baldivis for an administrative superstar who is customer service focused and loves a working day filled with variety We are a dynamic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to think outside the square and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Complete tasks with accuracy and speed while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Remain calm under pressure with the ability to juggle tasks while still managing to go that extra mile
  • Work both autonomously and in a team environment, happy to assist with any task and work towards one common goal

Essential Role Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Current driver's licence
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment

Desirable

  • Previous experience with systems including RMS and CRM will be highly regarded
  • Previous background in resort management or over 50's lifestyle resorts would be advantageous
