The Team
As part of our Wills & Estates team, you will have the opportunity to assist clients in creating comprehensive estate plans, complex planning, drafting wills, navigating probate proceedings, and resolving complex estate dispute. The Role
We Are Looking For a Solicitor With 2+ Years' PQE Experience, Who Can Bring Energy And Innovation To Hicksons. The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in Wills and Estates and broad experience in the administration of deceased estates and the preparation of estate planning documents, including simple Wills to the more complex Wills incorporating testamentary trusts
• A desire to grow and develop with our team
• An ability to build effective working relationships with clients
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Interest in further study or qualifications in the practice area would be highly regarded
