This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of supports within a thoughtfully designed environment created to inspire connection, movement, and meaningful engagement.

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll take a leading role in delivering and shaping high-quality, evidence-informed therapy for children and young people with diverse sensory, emotional, and developmental needs.

About your new role

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions that combine sensory-informed understanding, relationship-based connection, and functional skill development, ensuring that supports are meaningful, evidence-based, and practical.
  • Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to build supportive environments.
  • Provide guidance and clinical support to teams working within the ACE Programme.
  • Mentor and guide early-career therapists and therapy assistants.
  • Contribute to service development, program innovation, and professional learning within our team.
  • Uphold a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based philosophy in all aspects of practice.

A little about you

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, ideally with neurodivergent children and young people.
  • Advanced skills or strong interest in sensory integration and relationship-based models of therapy.
  • Compassionate communicator who values connection, play, and co-regulation.
  • Committed to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice.
  • Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • The right to live and work in Australia long term with no restrictions.
