What You'll Be Doing:


• Delivering community-based OT services to adults (16+), in a variety of settings


• Working across multiple funding streams including NDIS, Aged Care, DVA and private


• Supporting clients in functional assessments, AT scripting, minor home mods, ADL retraining, cognitive rehab, pressure care and more


• Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team (OTs, Physios, EPs, SPs, AHAs)


• Participating in joint sessions, team projects and shared CPD

What You'll Need:


• Formal qualifications in Occupational Therapy by Dec 2025


• AHPRA registration (or pending) by Jan 2026


• NDIS Worker Screening Check, police check, First Aid certificate


• Current Driver's License


• A passion for client-centered care and a proactive, team-focused mindset
