About the Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Marketing Coordinator to bridge our internal marketing team with external agencies—combining strategy, creativity, and analytics to drive growth. You'll manage the full customer journey from lead generation through to engagement and retention, ensuring every campaign aligns with brand and compliance standards. This role requires a marketer who thrives in highly regulated industries—balancing innovation with precision

What we need:

  • Increased qualified lead volumes and improved cost per lead
  • Stronger patient retention through lifecycle automation
  • Positive ROI across all paid and agency spend
  • Consistent, compliant, and on-brand marketing output

What You'll Bring:

  • 3–6 years' experience in digital, lifecycle, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/email automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of Google & Meta Ads, GA4, and analytics
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors and delivering ROI
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a regulated industry such as healthcare or retail

What you will do:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with agency partners (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Build and implement CRM and lifecycle automation to improve patient engagement
  • Create high-quality content for EDMs, SMS, and digital channels
  • Analyse campaign data, track ROI, and report insights to leadership
  • Oversee agency briefs, budgets, timelines, and performance reviews
  • Support new clinic launches and explore new marketing channels (referrals, partnerships, loyalty)
