The Role

As a travelling Skin and Events Specialist at the Elizabeth Arden counter, you will alongside the Retail Manager provide exceptional customer service by educating customers through makeup application and product knowledge. We are currently recruiting for a:

  • Skin and Events Specialist traveller to work across various department stores in Victoria (casual opportunity 20 hrs per week)

You will also need to be available to work late nights, including Thursdays and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet targets;
  • Educate customers in the features and benefits of specific product ranges; and
  • Work on a roster basis, including weekends and extended retail trading hours. A minimum availability of Thursday, Friday and Saturday is required.

Skills and Experience

  • Department store cosmetic experience is a MUST, coupled with makeup qualifications;
  • Skincare background highly regarded
  • Excellent sales skills and experience are essential;
  • Excellence in customer service along with the ability to be well organized and reliable; and
  • Have immaculate grooming
  • Must be able to work weekends and late night
  • Must be able to travel to City and Suburban shopping centres
