Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management and after-sales support.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Create and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven automotive sales experience in a dealership setting.
  • 5-day working week, including Saturdays.
  • Excellent selling and organisational skills; must be a proactive self-starter.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences is advantageous.
  • Current full VIC driver's license is required.
