Toyworld is a brand within Associated Retailers Limited (ARL); a retail services group that supports over 300 members across Australia and New Zealand. Our Vision is to enable our independent members to have thriving contemporary retail businesses under well-known brand names also including SportsPower, Compleat Angler, Camping World and Mensland.

  • Supplier management
  • Product ranging
  • Brand and retail marketing
  • eCommerce and digital marketing integration
  • Retail operations

It's exciting times in the Toyworld team; due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Product Coordinator for Toyworld reporting to the Head of Product & Brand – Toyworld.

About the role

As the Product Coordinator, you will work closely with the Toyworld and eCommerce teams, Toyworld members and suppliers.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Collect product data and images from suppliers
  • Align product data to the Toyworld product hierarchy
  • Prepare and collate order allocations for Toyworld local suppliers like LEGO and Mattel
  • Assist in catalogue sign-off process
  • Work within a PIM (Product Information System) to manage product information and images
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

Skills and experience

  • A strong customer service and/or administration background
  • Excel, word and outlook proficiency
  • Extremely strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time to meet objectives and deadlines
