Mt Buller Fish & Chippery is situated in the heart of Mt Buller Village. We focus on fresh seafood to cater for our customers from all walks of life. We make the majority of our dishes in-house with high-quality produce and we ensure that everything is as fresh as you can get

THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced food and beverage staff (all levels) that can perform under pressure, with a smile, in a fast pace environment. With customer service your priority, you will be highly motivated, professional and able to wait tables and work in a bistro style setting. Experience at the cashier, coffee and bar an advantage.

You will be busy during the peak snow season; it is full-on and busy most of the time, however, we do have quieter times and this is the perfect opportunity for you to reward yourself for your hard work and make use of the facilities the resort has on offer.

WHAT YOU NEED

Mandatory: VIC or NSW RSA not expiring before 6 October 2025
Mandatory: Dofoodsafely (free on-line)
Strong front of house and customer service experience a must
Experience with up-selling menu and specials
Attention to detail
Good time management
Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace
Ability to work in a team and take instruction
Strong communication skills
