Job Title: Subway Sandwich Artist

Reports To: Store Manager and Shift Supervisor

Position Overview

The Sandwich Artist is responsible for greeting and serving guests, preparing food, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and handling or processing light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Suggest add-ons or promotions to maximize guest experience.
• Food Preparation & Safety
• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway standards.
• Follow portion control and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness at all times.
• Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
• Store Operations
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas, dining room, restrooms, and equipment.
• Follow all Subway policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift change duties.

Working Conditions

• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
• Working with food, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $13.00 – $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
