What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Maintain, test, inspect and repair fire detection and suppression systems in line with Australian Standards, Defence requirements and manufacturer specifications
Complete scheduled maintenance activities and respond to corrective maintenance tasks
Ensure all records and test results are completed accurately and entered into systems
Liaise with Defence representatives regarding system status, maintenance requirements and outages
Ensure compliance with essential service maintenance requirements and certification processes
What You'll Bring
Certificate III in Fire Systems Testing and Inspections
FPAS Accreditation (NSW)
Industry experience in fire systems inspection, testing, maintenance and repair
Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
Current Open Driver's Licence.
Fire Protection Accreditation (FPAA) (desirable)
