At AdventHealth Well 65+ we've elevated the level of care for patients 65 years and older, keeping the focus on the patient and their health care needs. With AdventHealth Well 65+, Medicare and Medicare Advantage patients experience exceptional primary care customized to their needs and goals. Our physicians and providers spend ample time discussing questions and concerns and seamlessly coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team. We offer same- and next-day appointments, longer appointments, and 24/7 access to the care team by phone or online. Our team includes board-certified physicians, registered nurse case managers, licensed clinical social workers, on-site lab technicians, and access to pharmacists and personal health coaches.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Daytona, NSW. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, and providing excellent patient care. The manager will coordinate with staff, handle administrative tasks, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, the Practice Manager will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient satisfaction and care outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing healthcare practice operations, including administrative tasks and staff coordination
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
