ROLE

  • Day to Day operation of Subway

  • Roster & Staff management - recruiting, training, supervision of all team members.

  • Selecting special promotions, marketing policies, local advertising and setting pricing based on market competitiveness

  • Refining operations to market trends, holidays and special events

  • Selecting products and setting menu items based on local demand

  • Ensuring compliance with Subway guidelines and food safety regulations

  • Inventory management - determining stock levels, ordering, inspecting stock quality

  • Cash flow management - ensuring weekly banking records

  • Ensure the restaurant operates as per the KPIs set for this role

  • Undertaking Budgeting and business strategy for the store

  • Maintaining records of stock levels and making purchase decisions
