What your day will look like....
You'll be at the heart of community care, connecting with patients and families, coordinating referrals, and guiding integrated health services that reflect the values and priorities of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Your day will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving health promotion initiatives that make a real difference. Whether you're conducting home visits, leading case conferences, or preparing high-level reports, your work will be grounded in respect, cultural understanding, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
