Customer Service Staff Members Location:
Brisbane City - 2 stores - Miso Hungry Sushi

Position Overview: As a team member at Miso Hungry, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless transactions and creating memorable dining experiences for our valued customers. Whether you're a Cashier, Sashimi Maker, Sushi Maker your dedication, friendliness, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently process cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining balanced cash registers.
- Welcome customers warmly, guide them through the menu, and share insights into our delightful sushi dishes.
- Take orders in person, over the phone, and through delivery platforms, ensuring accurate recording and catering to special requests.
- Assist in the preparation of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other offerings according to our Food Preparation Guides.
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards by handling, storing, and disposing of food items properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, dining zone, and food preparation stations, following Food Safety Checklists.
- Recommend additional menu options and promotions to enhance the dining experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.
