Job Description:
We're on the hunt for a
Social Media Director
—a strategic leader who thrives on shaping social and influencer strategies for some of the country's most exciting brands. You'll lead a talented team, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in our ambitious journey to become the best social and influencer agency in Australia.

Day to day in this role, you'll get to:
- Develop and lead social and influencer strategies across key clients, ensuring best-in-class thinking and execution.
- Manage and mentor a team of Social Media Managers and Executives, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Oversee influencer campaigns, guiding recommendations and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Partner with clients on always-on social programs and influencer initiatives, building trust and driving results.
- Forecast revenue, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to new business pitches.
- Collaborate with other Publicis Groupe agencies for integrated, innovative solutions.
- Maintain financial oversight, ensuring projects meet profit margins and revenue targets.
The person we're looking for has/is:
- Proven experience in social media strategy and/or influencer marketing (agency or brand-side) for a least 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, influencer ecosystems, and campaign management tools.
- Skilled in team leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Financial acumen with experience in forecasting budgets and revenue.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with multiple projects on the go.
- Bonus points for having experience with SaaS influencer platforms.
