About the business and the role

We are a long-standing manufacturing company based on the NSW Central Coast looking for Production Operators to start immediately.

Job tasks and responsibilities:

  • Moulding of plastic parts through use of various roto-moulding moulds and machines
  • Calculating / Measuring of powder quantities as per production requirements
  • Responsible for the moulding process, loading, unloading and demoulding.
  • Maintaining production targets.
  • Trimming of all products to meet quality requirement specifications.
  • Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
  • Adhere to company policies and EHS standards.
  • Day to day upkeep of moulds.
  • Maintain clean, tidy and safe workplace.
  • Demonstrate team mentality with a can-do attitude.

Requirements:

Safety focused with a proven excellent attendance.

Quality focused with an ability to communicate with all members of staff in a professional manner.

Experience and knowledge of general use of hand and power tools, however full on the job training is provided.

Good physical fitness and dexterity to perform various manual tasks, including lifting and standing during shifts.
