We're looking for a strategic and delivery-focused leader who thrives in agile environments and is passionate about driving customer-centric outcomes to join our Daily Banking Tribe .
The Daily Banking Tribe drives the strategy and performance of ING's core banking products. We work across the business to deliver smart, customer-focused solutions that make banking simpler, faster, and better.
As the Senior Manager, Delivery Portfolio , you'll play a key role in driving execution excellence, uplifting agile capability, and ensuring our initiatives align with the Tribe's strategic goals.
What You'll Do
Govern and oversee strategic change delivery across the Daily Banking Tribe
Coordinate delivery planning and prioritisation with Tribe leadership and Tech
Coach Product Owners and embed agile practices across squads
Facilitate cross-squad collaboration and delivery health checks
Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders
Champion ING's Orange Code and One Way of Working
What We're Looking For
7+ years' experience in agile delivery, governance, or program management
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proven ability to coach Product Owners and uplift agile maturity
Strategic thinker with a passion for customer-centric delivery
Confident communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
A champion of continuous improvement and delivery excellence
